What happens when you request an initial consultation:

Principal Harriet Lammin will contact you by your selected preferred contact method (phone call, email or SMS / text message) to arrange a complimentary online consultation. If you have selected email as your contact method you will receive an email with details of how to book through our online calendar booking system.

This 30 minute zoom call will enable you to find out more about how we work, discuss your options and ask any burning questions you might have. If you think we are a good fit for your project and want to explore further, we can book in a Discovery Session to delve into the particulars of your project in person at your home.

The primary goal of the Discovery Session is to ensure that you get the right guidance in the early stages of your new home or renovation and to identify the best approach for you to realise your vision. Your input during this session is invaluable in shaping the direction of the project and ensuring that it meets your expectations. If you choose to engage us for full design services, we will follow this meeting with a custom fee proposal.
